Portland, OR
Vigor’s 60-acre Portland facility houses a variety of manufacturing disciplines and is the largest ship repair and modernization operation in the region. The facility’s unique assets include three drydocks, an oversized buildway, extensive fabrication and shop areas. In addition to marine teams in ship repair and shipbuilding, Portland complex fab teams build bridges, aerospace components and steel structures at the facility.
Clackamas, OR
Vigor’s 53-acre facility in Clackamas specializes in complex fabrication and systems integration in aerospace and defense, bridge, structural, hydro and nuclear products. The site’s features one of the largest machining shops on the West Coast. In-house CNC capabilities include cutting, burning, shearing, milling, machining, turning, forming and rolling.
Seattle, WA
Vigor’s 27-acre Harbor Island shipyard specializes in ship repair and modernization for government and commercial customers. It also builds the iconic Washington State Ferries. The yard features three drydocks, two of which are NAVSEA certified. Teams of deep expertise in maintaining U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels.
Vancouver, WA
Vigor has two facilities in Vancouver, Washington. One is an 11.5 acre facility specializing in complex fabrication, specialized painting and assembly.
Vancouver Aluminum Fabrication
Vigor’s other Vancouver location is a specialized aluminum fabrication facility designed as a center of excellence devoted to building high performance aluminum vessels for maritime security, military landing craft, ferries and workboats.
Ketchikan, AK
The 20-acre Ketchikan shipyard is a fully-equipped facility located in ice-free waters for year-round shipbuilding, repair, conversions, refits and modernization in Alaska. The yard also offers general fabrication services to support Alaska’s industrial base. The facility features a 70,000 square foot Assembly Hall and two drydocks.
