Steve Zogas

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Steve Zogas is responsible for leading all aspects of financial management for Vigor. Steve also has oversight for IT at Vigor. He joined Vigor in 2013 to build the company’s Financial Planning and Analysis department from the ground up. Subsequently, as Vice President, Finance, Steve had oversight of finance and accounting functions for all of Vigor’s business units, including planning, analysis, treasury, reporting tax, accounting and IT. He was also involved in the company’s acquisition of Oregon Iron Works and Kvichak Marine.

Prior to joining Vigor, Steve served in lead corporate financial roles for private companies in the Pacific Northwest including Macadam Capital Partners. He began his career in Investment Banking in New York with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. and the Global Industrial Group of Bank of America Securities in New York.

In 2019, Steve was named CFO of the year in the large business category by the Portland Business Journal. Steve has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
